Our Workshop
The company has expanded into service business as complement to the after-sales service activity in early 2000. With the investment in a semi-detached factory and machineries, we can overhaul the rotating equipment for customers. The factory is located at Semtec Park, Semenyih, Selangor, about 40 minutes driving distance from Kuala Lumpur. Our factory has a total area of 20,000 square feet, constructed with 20 tons overhead crane.
Not limited to overhaul activities, we can also perform repairs and balancing of rotating equipment in our factory. These are the machineries and facilities available:
- Low speed dynamic balancing machine 12.5 ton
- Low speed dynamic balancing machine 300kg
- Precision lathe Ø460mm x L2600mm
- Milling and drilling machine
- Band saw cutting machine
- Hydraulic press
- Granite table for measurement
- Precision lathe Ø1200mm x L6000mm (pending delivery)
- Horizontal boring machine, table size L1600mm x W1400mm (pending commissioning)
